We are seeking a full-time Therapist to provide in-home, community-based individual and family therapy. Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Mental Health Field required.

THERAPIST (Woodstock IL, Benet Lake/Bristol WI)
We are seeking a full-time Therapist for our day treatment educational program at our Woodstock IL location. Candidate will be responsible for individual, group and family therapy for day treatment students. Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Mental Health Field required.

We are seeking a part-time Mentor for our Clinical and Community Services Program. This position is 20 hours per week and benefits eligible. Mentors provide one-on-one support for children and adolescents with mental health problems to develop and strengthen social skills and independent living skills in activities in their home community. This position is for afterschool and weekends only. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human Services field and some experience working with youth. Per DCFS requirements, candidate must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

We are currently seeking a Director of Development and Fundraising to be responsible for both short-term and long-term/strategic development and fundraising planning and forecasting in support of department and Agency mission, goals and objectives.  This person works under the direction of the President within a leadership team.  Primary duties include the planning, direction, control and oversight of foundation and corporate fund-raising, grant writing and administration oversight, donor/giving prospecting and relationship development, and alumni cultivation.  Candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, five years progressively responsible experience in fund-raising and grant writing for non-profits; management experience a plus.  Experience with spread sheet, word processing and database PC-based software is required; familiarity with Blackbaud desired.

SECRETARY (Lake Villa)
We are currently seeking an individual to provide secretarial/receptionist support for the Educational Services Department of Academic Services and Career & Technical Services.  Position requires a high school degree or equivalent experience, two years of responsible secretarial experience, a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (Word, Excel, and Access) and keyboarding/typing skills at 55 wpm. Prior experience in a school office and/or a non-profit/human services environment a plus.

We are currently seeking to hire a full time Special Education Teacher for our Educational Services Program. Candidate must have an LBS I or LBS II teaching certification. Responsibilities include coordinating, overseeing, and providing individual/group educational instruction to students within the treatment program. Also provides direction to Teacher Aides. Per DCFS regulations, must have valid driver's license with a good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.

TEACHER AIDE (Lake Villa, Woodstock IL)
We have Full-Time Teacher Aide positions available within our high end Special Education programs at the locations above. Ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Education or Special Education and a Paraprofessional Certificate. One year related experience, preferably in a special education environment, a plus. Equivalent experience with no degree may be considered. Per DCFS regulations, must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.

Laundry Worker / Job Coach (Lake Villa)
We currently have a full time position available for a Laundry Worker/Job Coach on our main campus.  Candidate will assist in the operation of laundry, ensuring that all campus and off-campus laundry is completed. Will also perform tasks as a Job Coach for the clients, assisting other coaches in training clients assigned to the laundry work program. Position requires Associates Degree in Education / Special Education or 5 years equivalent experience. Per DCFS regulations, must have valid driver’s license w/good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.

We have Full-Time rotating second shift positions for Youth Care Workers (aka Mental Health Specialists) at the locations above to work actively with high end "at risk" children and adolescents ages 8 to 18 years within our Residential Units and group homes. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related Human Service field, OR 5-years of related equivalent social service experience. Per DCFS regulations, must have valid driver's license with a good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
