We are seeking a full time Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy in our residential treatment program. Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Related Mental Health Field required.
COMMUNITY-BASED THERAPIST (Lake Villa)
We are seeking a full-time Therapist to provide in-home, community-based individual and family therapy. Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Mental Health Field required.
PART-TIME THERAPIST (Woodstock)
We are seeking a Part-Time Therapist for our day treatment educational program at our Woodstock, IL location. Candidate will be responsible for individual, group and family treatment for day treatment students. Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related human services field required.
FOSTER CARE MANAGER (Lake Villa)
We are seeking a full time Foster Care Manager. Candidate will supervise, train, evaluate and assist in hiring FC staff, including assistant manager, case specialists and resource specialists. Candidate will be responsible for daily operations and administrative functions for the FC program. Also monitors case management (including ACRs and court reports), service plans, billing, correspondence and case documentation. Position requires Master's degree in psychology, social work or related human services field. Child Welfare Employee Licensure, Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol Certification, and Foster Home Licensing Certification are required. Two years progressively responsible social services experience also required. Per DCFS regulations candidate must be 21 years of age and have a valid Illinois or Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record.
FOSTER CARE CASE SPECIALIST (Lake Villa)
We are seeking a full time Foster Care Case Specialist. Candidate will manage all aspects of case management and clinical coordination for children and adolescents in the Specialized Foster Care Program. Position requires at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human Services field. Two years child welfare experience preferred. Child Welfare Employee Licensure, Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol Certification, and Certification to conduct licensing of foster homes required. Per DCFS regulations candidate must be 21 years of age and have a valid Illinois or Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record.
PART-TIME MENTOR (Lake Villa)
We are seeking a Part-Time Mentor for our Clinical and Community Services Program. This position is 20 hours per week and benefits eligible. Mentors provide one-on-one support for children and adolescents with mental health problems to develop and strengthen social skills and independent living skills in activities in their home community. This position is for afterschool and weekends only. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human Services field and some experience working with youth. Per DCFS requirements, candidate must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER (Lake Villa, Woodstock)
We are currently seeking to hire full time Special Education Teachers for our Educational Services Program. Candidate must have an LBS I or LBS II teaching certification. Responsibilities include coordinating, overseeing, and providing individual/group educational instruction to students within the treatment program. Also provides direction to Teacher Aides.
JOB COACH (Lake Villa)
We currently have a full time position available for a Job Coach for our Educational Services Division. Candidate will work with teaching staff to coordinate classroom activities and provide small group/individual supervision of the on-campus work adjustment program. Previous experience in and/or food service, janitorial service, landscaping a plus. Requires Associates Degree in Education / Special Education or 5 years equivalent experience and a Paraprofessional Certificate. Per DCFS regulations, must have valid driver's license w/good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (Lake Villa)
We are currently seeking a full or part time Speech Pathologist. Candidate will provide individual and group therapy to students with communicative disorders and consultation to classroom teachers and will also conduct speech and language screenings and evaluations. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
TRANSITIONAL LIVING CASE SPECIALIST (Lake Villa)
We are currently seeking a Full time Transitional Living Case Specialist (bi-lingual a plus) to manage all aspects of cases in TLP/ILO as assigned/assisted by the POS SACWIS Manager. Responsibilities include Holding full case responsibility for DCFS cases as a licensed youth welfare employee contracted through the private agency (POS). Candidate will work with the court system, families, funding resources, schools, and other community resources. Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human Services field and one year responsible social services experience required. Child Welfare Employee Licensure and Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol Certification strongly preferred. Per DCFS regulations, must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
TEACHER AIDE (Lake Villa, Benet Lake/Bristol WI)
We have a Full-Time Teacher Aide position available within our high end Special Education School on our Lake Villa, IL campus. Ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Education or Special Education and a Paraprofessional Certificate, minimum of one year related experience, preferably in a special education environment. Equivalent experience with no degree may be considered. Per DCFS regulations, must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
YOUTH CARE WORKER AKA MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST (Lake Villa, Waukegan, Benet Lake/Bristol WI)
We have Full-Time rotating second shift positions for Youth Care Workers (aka Mental Health Specialists) at the locations above to work actively with high end "at risk" children and adolescents ages 8 to 18 years within our Residential Units and group homes. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related Human Service field, OR 5-years of related equivalent social service experience. Per DCFS regulations, must have valid driver's license with a good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
